Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 48 business hours of purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Economy Shipping is available and may take up to 13 business days for delivery after your order has been processed. Most orders arrive sooner than the estimated delivery timeframe. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, when available.
Shipping Delays
Steel And Signal is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
Returns and Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
